VF Corp. shares

+10.04%

rose 2%, following a 10% rally on Tuesday. JPMorgan upgraded the clothing maker to neutral from underweight, saying new CEO Bracken Darrell has already executed four of the five turnaround tenets from his previous stint running Logitech.

fell 4% as the eye-care company reduced the top end of both its earnings and sales guidance for the year.
