BranchOut Food Inc. filed for an initial public offering on Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company’s products include dehydrated fruit- and vegetable-based snacks and fruit powders. BranchOut said it is developing other products, including chocolate covered fruit items. The company also said it licensed the rights to a new dehydration technology designed to dry and process highly sensitive fruits and vegetables such as avocados and bananas.
