Sysco names Greg Bertrand global chief operating officer

has named Greg Bertrand as executive vice president, global chief operating officer, effective Sept. 1.

The Houston-based company, which sells and distributes food products to restaurants, healthcare facilities and others, said Bertrand had served as executive vice president for U.S. food service operations since July 2018.
